ATLANTA – January 26, 2018  communications 21 (c21®), a full-service marketing, public relations and interactive firm, has hired Frances Chang as its newest account manager.

Prior to joining c21, Frances contracted in the marketing and business development department of Taylor English Duma LLP, was the director of marketing at Construction Resources and the digital media manager at The UniverSoul Circus.

Frances began her post collegiate career in graphics working in presentation graphics at Coca-Cola, then spent nine years in the art department of a licensed apparel company, College Concepts. She switched gears to pursue digital marketing in 2008 by working pro bono at The Center for Puppetry Arts and Platinum Championship Wrestling. Frances has more than two decades of marketing and graphics experience combined to suit all of c21’s clients’ needs.

“When I saw Frances’s diverse work history and unique set of skills, I just had to meet her and bring her on to the c21 team,” said c21 president and CEO, Sharon Goldmacher. “Her original point of view will bring fresh ideas to the table and will serve the clients of c21well.”

Frances graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. She stays active in the Atlanta community by writing comedy and producing short videos for Highwire Comedy Company. You can also find her in the box office of Dad’s Garage Theatre Company and as a baby buddy in the NICU of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.
