ATLANTA – January 25, 2017 – communications 21 (c21®), a full-service marketing, public relations and interactive firm, is celebrating 25 years of business and is starting strong in 2017 by adding The Atlanta Jazz Festival, Envistacom and the Georgia Society of the American College of Surgeons (GSACS) to its diverse and growing client base. c21 provides a variety of services, including media relations, social media management, email marketing initiatives, web support, video production, mobile channel development and special events planning.

The Atlanta Jazz Festival, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, is regarded as one of the country’s largest free jazz festivals and invites music lovers from around the region to be immersed in jazz music culture. Mayor Maynard Jackson founded the original jazz festival to promote the art form that originated in the south. The Atlanta Jazz Festival is an annual musical showcase that celebrates jazz legends and features up-and-coming jazz performers in venues throughout metropolitan Atlanta culminating on Memorial Day weekend with performances at Piedmont Park. c21 will be providing PR, interactive services  and development of the festival’s first mobile channel.

Envistacom provides counterterrorism, cyber and communications solutions to U.S. and coalition partners in the aerospace, defense and intelligence communities. Customers rely on the company for technology and subject-matter expertise to identify and defeat global threats. They are a trusted partner in protecting military, civilians and critical infrastructure around the world. c21 is providing marketing and digital support services.

The Georgia Society of the American College of Surgeons (GSACS) was founded in 1946 and continues its purpose to promote the elevation of the standards of surgical care and practice for the benefit of all patients and practicing surgeons in the state of Georgia. One of its current initiatives called Stop the Bleed is designed to educate the public on proper bleeding control techniques, including how to use their hands, medical dressings and tourniquets to reduce fatalities following tragic incidents like mass shootings or explosions. c21 is supporting GSACS’ Advocacy Day at the Georgia Capitol on February 7, 2017 to lobby for trauma kits in Georgia’s high schools.

“After 25 years, we’re still thrilled to work with so many new and diverse clients,” said Sharon Goldmacher, president and CEO – c21. “Our silver anniversary is already gearing up to be one of our very best years!”
