ATLANTA – September 2, 2015 – communications 21® (c21®), a full-service marketing, public relations and interactive firm, has hired Jordan Garofalo as an account manager to join the c21 team.

Garofalo began her career at c21 as an intern, but was quickly moved to a media specialist role.  Following her success in that position, she accepted an offer to become an account manager on the team. 

Garofalo graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, and while still in school spent time with the Atlanta Hawks PR team over a holiday break and one year with createTWO, an Auburn-based public relations agency.  Following graduation, she returned to Atlanta where she became the corporate communications intern at The Weather Channel and helped with media relations, video clips, website management and more.

“Jordan has the right combination of public relations, marketing and interactive skills that make our integrated marketing communications team even stronger.  She’s had agency and corporate experience, which is valuable for our current client mix,” said c21 President Sharon Goldmacher.

Garofalo will work on a variety of clients, including The Alzheimer’s Association, Georgia Chapter and their upcoming Walk to End Alzheimer’s events, Meals On Wheels Atlanta and its 50th Anniversary, and the Southeast Dairy Association.
