Responsibilities include social media strategy and execution, content marketing, email marketing, media relations, promotion development, event management, blog writing, website management, video production and much more for clients in a range of industries from real estate to sports and entertainment to technology and more. Freelance candidates should have strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, love to take initiative and can easily switch gears between tasks.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, marketing or business and 2+ years of relevant experience in public relations, marketing or a related field. Previous agency experience is preferred and both B2B and B2C experience is desired. Pay is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
