Challenge
As construction on the transformative GA400 corridor improvement project intensified, the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (PCIDs) faced a perception challenge. Extended traffic disruptions threatened the area's reputation among businesses, investors, developers, brokers and prospective tenants. Accessibility and congestion concerns were impacting relocation, leasing and development decisions.

PCIDs engaged communications 21 to create a compelling communications tool that would reinforce the district's economic strength, showcase its long-term value and position the Perimeter as one of Georgia's premier business destinations.

Solution
c21 developed a visually engaging eight-page brochure that transformed PCIDs' comprehensive 50-page Economic Impact Report into a concise, impactful marketing piece.

The brochure was designed to achieve two strategic objectives:

1. Translate Complex Data into Clear Insights
c21 took the extensive economic data, research findings and statistics and distilled the most impactful information into digestible content through compelling infographics, charts and visual storytelling – making the information easy to understand for board members, property owners, corporate executives, brokers and community stakeholders.

2. Reinforce the District's Economic Leadership
The brochure highlighted PCIDs' role as a driving force behind regional economic growth, through infrastructure investments, community improvements and measurable economic contributions. The final product positioned PCIDs as a catalyst for continued development and a destination for future investment.

The project was completed within an aggressive four-week timeline and delivered measurable value to the client.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Successfully condensed a complex 50-page report into an engaging eight-page brochure that clearly communicated PCIDs' economic impact and long-term vision.
