ATLANTA – July 31, 2018 communications 21 (c21®), a full-service marketing, public relations and interactive firm, has promoted account manager, Frances Chang, to senior account manager.
In her new role, Chang will continue to provide clients with exceptional interactive marketing and social media tactics, as well as public relations and website development and management support services. In addition, she will assist in managing the company’s successful internship program.
Chang, who joined c21 as an account manager in January of 2018, manages client accounts in a variety of industries including volunteerism, real estate and community improvement such as Points of Light, Urban Creek Partners and Stone Mountain Community Improvement District and Lilburn Community Improvement District.
Prior to joining c21, Frances contracted in the marketing and business development department of the law firm, Taylor English Duma LLP, and was the director of marketing at Construction Resources and the digital media manager at The UniverSoul Circus. She has more than two decades of marketing and graphic design experience combined to suit all of c21’s clients’ needs.

Frances is from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and graduated from Furman University with a business administration degree. She is actively involved in the community by being a volunteer at the Center for Puppetry Arts, Dad’s Garage Theatre Company and the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.
