Street of Dreams
Street of Dreams is back in Atlanta for the 21st time, and features nine homes of varying sizes and prices. c21 successfully secured multiple real estate hits in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, including Sunday Living, the cover of Homefinder, Real Estate Saturday and HomeStyle. FOX 5 conducted a live remote broadcast from the show, and Street of Dreams also was a cover feature in three community publications – the Bartow Neighbor, Douglasville Neighbor and Paulding Neighbor – covering the areas surrounding the show’s location at Tributary. Other notable placements include Atlanta Magazine Home, Skirt!, Atlanta Life Magazine and KNOW Atlanta. c21 also obtained a photo slideshow and video tour of Street of Dreams on WSB-TV’s Web site.
Centex
Centex Homes believes in an integrated approach to marketing/public relations, and c21 helps them achieve this through attention-grabbing events and media relations. In April, c21 secured a spot on the cover of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Homefinder, leading to a two-page spread on Centex’s Ansley at Pilgrim Mill community. c21 also garnered attention for Centex’s butterfly garden at Cobblestone at Brookhaven, raising awareness of this historic neighborhood and generating publicity for Centex. c21 has secured over $33,000 worth of press coverage for Centex this year.
CRUNK!!! Energy Drink
When CRUNK!!! Energy Drink was purchased by Solvi Brands and launched two new product offerings, c21 was charged with gaining media coverage, and secured publications like the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the Atlanta Business Chronicle, along with bevnet.com. The resulting coverage has reached more than 1.7 million people and was worth more than $57,000.
Currahee Club
Currahee Club, a residential community located in Toccoa, Georgia, works with c21 to manage its media relations. Since January, c21 has secured more than $46,000 worth of editorial coverage, including a two-page spread in Mountain Homes. Currahee’s Director of Fun and Director of Adventure, two positions created to ensure residents never lack entertainment, received mentions in Pinnacle Living, Points North and Atlanta Life Magazine, and an article in the Atlanta Journal Constitution’s Homefinder resulted in several sales inquiries.
Ugly Patio
Oldcastle Architectural, along with the communications 21 team, is currently attempting to find the ugliest patio in America. In just four months, there have been more than 150 entries and 140,000 Web hits, almost solely based on media coverage c21 has secured in Remodeling News, the Orlando Sentinel, Bob Vila’s On the Level blog and Handy News.
