Jessica Covello
Senior Account Manager
Jessica provides marketing public relations and interactive counsel to clients in several industries, including retail, nonprofit, residential real estate and professional services. Jessica manages media relations campaigns and crisis communications, and as a member of c21i, leads interactive initiatives including pay-per-click advertising, social media engagement, e-mail marketing and more.
Before joining the c21 team, Jessica was the Marketing and Events Coordinator for Jake's Ice Creams & Sorbets. She was responsible for negotiating and maintaining strategic partnerships with area organizations, including Special Olympics Georgia and Delta Air Lines, and managing special events.
Jessica is a Hands On Atlanta volunteer, and her favorite activity is visiting local nursing homes for competitive bouts of bingo. Although she doesn't consider herself a good cook by any means, Jessica does consider herself an expert in eating all things sweet.
Jessica graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Public Relations. Jessica is on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Marketing Association as Volunteers Chair and also leads the chapter's social media initiatives. She has spoken at numerous industry events, including the American Marketing Association's Collegiate Conference, Public Relations Society of America's Annual Conference and others.
