Jessica Covello
Sr. Account Manager

Jessica Covello is a senior account manager with communications 21. She is experienced in several industries, including consumer products, non-profit, residential real estate, student housing and law.

Before joining the c21 team, Jessica was the Marketing and Events Coordinator for Jake's Ice Creams & Sorbets. She was responsible for negotiating and maintaining strategic partnerships with area organizations, including Special Olympics Georgia and Delta Airlines, and managing special events. Her interest in marketing and public relations was piqued during her experience as an intern with Metrix Marketing, a social cause marketing organization in Rochester, New York, where she worked with clients including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Monroe County Department of Public Health. Jessica was initially drawn to c21 because of the company's social responsibility and involvement with the community, specifically with Hands on Network and the Literacy Volunteers of America, whom Jessica had worked with while at Jake's.

Jessica is a Hands on Atlanta volunteer, and her favorite activity is visiting local nursing homes for competitive bouts of bingo. Although she doesn't consider herself a good cook by any means, Jessica does consider herself an expert in eating all things sweet.

Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Public Relations. Jessica is events chair of the Collegiate Relations Committee for the Atlanta Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
