Elyse Hammett is vice president of client services for communications 21, where she is responsible for account development, team management and ensuring the company has the cutting edge resources to provide remarkable service and real results. Prior to this, Elyse spent more than 15 years serving in senior PR management roles at Emory Healthcare, BellSouth and Troutman Sanders, LLP, where she led both national and international branding initiatives, developed strategic marketing communications plans, executed new product launches and drove return on investment for her clients. For these results-oriented plans, Elyse has won awards from the Public Relations Society of America and the National Telecom Marketing Association.

Elyse also spends quality time mentoring young professionals interested in pursuing their accreditation in public relations. A recipient of her own universal accreditation in 2002, Elyse teaches and empowers PRSA candidates who pursue this additional educational opportunity for excellence. In addition, the Decatur, Georgia resident and her husband, Marc, are active in board activities for the Woodward Academy Parents' Club, the Dolphin Swimmers and Callanwolde Fine Arts Center - all volunteer decisions made around their most cherished asset, Leah.

If Elyse has one second left at the end of the day, you might find her running along her cherished parks on Ponce de Leon Avenue with the family spaniel, Ginger Rogers, or digging in the dirt amongst her beloved roses and perennials.
