Donia Crime has spent her entire public relations career, nearly 15 years, on the "agency side" of the business enabling her to amass a wealth of experience in different industries including consumer goods, construction/DIY products, foodservice, manufacturing and technology.

Prior to joining c21, Donia worked for nine years at the Atlanta office of Weber Shandwick Worldwide, one of the largest public relations firms in the world. Managing nearly $1 million of client billings, she led teams that conducted branding initiatives, media relations, customer communications and special events to ultimately drive sales for her clients. Some of her most notable clients include Arby's Restaurants, Arthritis Foundation, BLIMPIE Restaurants, Cryovac Food Packaging and Protective Packaging Divisions of Sealed Air Corporation, DELTA and PORTER-CABLE brand power tools, and The QUIKRETE Companies.

Donia started her agency life at Atlanta-based Tortorici & Company supervising client teams for the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Organizing Committee, Chick-fil-A, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Paradise Foods Inc., and Rubbermaid's Home Products Division.

A native of Jacksonville, Fla., Donia graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor of arts degree in communications. In June 2001, while working full time, she also earned a master's degree in communications law from Georgia State University in Atlanta. The Crime family - consisting of Donia, her husband Bill, son "Mac", three dogs, one attack cat and a pond full of Koi - currently resides in Atlanta.
