Carol Rich

Account Manager

Carol Rich works with clients in a variety of industries, including nonprofit, professional services, real estate and sports. She regularly executes marketing PR campaigns for NCAA Football, Ogletree Deakins, the Arthritis Foundation and Atlanta Botanical Gardens, among others. The work she completes on behalf of clients has helped win awards from the Public Relations Society of America, the American Marketing Association, Client Advisor Award and more.

Prior to joining c21, Rich began her career with The Reynolds Group where she gained extensive research and media relations experience focusing on the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

Rich graduated in May 2006 from the Grady College at the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations. She is an active member of the Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association and currently serves on the social media committee. Rich operates c21's Athens, Ga., remote office with her sidekick Reagan (the dog).
