Carol Rich
Account Manager

Carol Rich joins c21 as an account manager, bringing with her experience and education in public relations. She works with clients from a variety of industries, including real estate, consumer products and transportation.

Rich graduated from the Grady College at the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations. While in school, she worked with other students to create public relations initiatives for such groups as the Jeannette Rankin Foundation and the UGA Alumni Association. Prior to joining c21, Rich served as intern for The Reynolds Group where she gained experience in research and media relations. Before being brought on as a full-time employee, Rich worked as a freelancer for c21, primarily on media tour for the dairy industry.

In her spare time, Rich enjoys exploring the ever-changing Atlanta restaurant scene with her friends and family. She also keeps on top of current events and is always looking for a good book to read. On the weekends, Rich watches as much football as possible and visits with her family.
