Alex Ritchey

Account Manager

Alex Ritchey executes marketing strategies, public relations, and interactive marketing initiatives for clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, professional services, nonprofit, and sports and entertainment.

Alex began her career working for c21 as an intern and discovered her true passion for sports marketing while working with NCAA Football and the Southeast Dairy Association in partnership with the NFL. Upon completion of her c21internship, Alex was selected as one of 25 exceptional young professionals from across the country by the Atlanta Braves major league baseball team to enter their trainee program for the 2009 season. She served in their public relations department generating press exposure in the southeast and nationwide for marketing campaigns, community affairs and business initiatives. In this role, she disseminated press releases, assisted in game day press box operations, advanced the organization's social media engagement and served as a liaison between the media and team, facilitating interviews, and photo shoots with Braves players, coaches and executives. On the rare occasion she did not work a game, you could catch her amongst the crowd sporting a jersey and ball cap, rooting for her beloved home team.

Alex graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in communication and a minor in professional writing. She was active in her school's chapter of PRSSA, held the public relations chair position in her sorority for two consecutive years and devoted extra time to volunteer with HandsOn Atlanta and Children's Miracle Network.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys traveling, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends. Obsessed with all things culinary, Alex is forever trying new Atlanta restaurants or perfecting recipes in her kitchen. However, lately, you can almost always find Alex behind the lens of her digital camera practicing her love of photography.
