c21 Launches Digital Services Practice

c21ic21’s in-house e-mail marketing capability has made it a pioneer among independent public relations agencies since 2001, and in recent years we’ve created several unique digital media initiatives for clients – from podcasting to blogging to pay-per-click and optimization.

Now, c21 has launched a Digital Services practice area, c21i, packaging the team’s diverse expertise in online advertising, search engine optimization, social media, e-mail marketing and Web site development to offer a comprehensive suite of traditional and new media services.

“Today, business enterprises have so many options when it comes to digital marketing,” said Sharon Goldmacher.  “In working with our clients, we’ve found that many times these assets – Web sites, blogs and online ads – are not being integrated or analyzed as part of the total communications package, which leads to inconsistent messaging and lost opportunities.  As professional communicators with in-depth new media expertise, we are perfectly positioned to ensure the creative content among all digital channels is complementary and focused.”

c21’s digital services include e-mail marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click and online advertising campaigns, and Web site development and analytics.  The agency also manages social media programs and relationship building via blogging, mobile marketing and podcasting.

As a part of c21i, The Communicator is evolving.  In order to provide you with insights and analysis of trends in digital marketing and communications, future issues will feature an “Ask The Experts” column written by members of the c21 team, exploring all aspects of new media.  What’s weighing on your mind?  Click here to take our survey, and we’ll address your biggest issues in our next edition.
